Its only happens once. The first time when you leave Saint-Anne with a ship after you finished the tutorial.

@@zcaesar4102 no there is a chance it randomly starts playing, but there is no good shanty selector.. There are far more shanties than you can "select".

@@kermisreiziger9616 Really? I never heard it again after the first time. You could write some feedback on the reddit, they might add an selector in the future then.
