Sea To Sky 2022 Sky Race Most Enjoyable Hard Enduro

This was one of my favorite days riding a bike in my life. it was tough but so enjoyable. Its called hard enduro for a reason but the terrain and landscape are breathtaking. I changed my beta 390 gear ratio for this day and it made the world of difference compared to the day before

🤣🤣 my clutch is still bent as fuck but I refuse to take it off because I drilled it out to bring it closer to the perfect place. Ye the crashed must have looked pretty dramatic

I’m a constant advocate for the arc composite levers Never had one break and you can bend them back into place with your hands in seconds

I have never tried one but I have tried alot over the years and you can never bear the feel of the original so that's what I always use

In all honesty the 4t I love a bike power bike and the torque is unbelievable on the tough stuff. Slightly heavier but to be honest the extra torque and drive far out weights the extra couple of kg. There's not much weight in it to be honest tho

For this event 51t but then for everyday stuff I put the stock 49t with the 12t front on constantly.

Yep that's it a 390. I've fitted a fan and over the 6 days riding out there it didn't use a drop of water and I probably passed 20 tpi's a day boiling there nuts off

@@jesserichter7560 well I actually kept my sherco se 300 for the hard enduro but it wasn't race ready in time for this hard enduro race so I took the 390... And I genuinely think I did just as good if not better on the 4t the extra torque was so good in places. I would sit on a que because people would be stuck on a section. But I would literally ride straight up thinking "what were they stuck on ," 😂😂 and it didn't boil and the weight isn't that noticeable. And I think I would have been more tired on a 2t. But it's a hard one to call

You've literally just said the reason we do this. No one has eyes in the back of there head so the rider Infront has no idea your behind so that's why we do it. It's not be billy big bollox saying I'm faster it's more to let them know your behind and then they pull over and let you through. That's what I do when someone catches me anyway
