Hey man, I wouldn't give you the exact location, there are plenty of spots like this between Galway and Doolin. If you check Google maps, low tide, sand and mussels beds, you won't be far off. Then just pick low tide and fish it as the water is rising. It is hard not to get bass now :) Careful with waves.
