Seadoo 951 Engine Build

Here we show from starting the diagnostic of a problematic motor to rebuilding the engine . Both these Seadoo PWC Had broken Engines . Both due to oil system blockages .

Your killing me with the dirty bolts going back into the head......I am rebuilding a 951 DI as well with over 260 hours on it. Still had good compression but do not need to blow up engine. Later.

I like the detailed video but feel like it could use more voiceover. There were a few times in the video you were pointing at things or moving parts and I had no idea what to look at or what was unusual. The hole in the crankcase was obvious but like at 6:26 I don't know what I was supposed to get out of that clip. On another note, I bought a used two-stroke machine a few months ago and have no idea what oil the previous owner was using and what is in the oil tank. How can I be sure that whatever oil I put in won't cause this problem?

6.26 I show the new crank in new casings compared to the old crank that has a polished mark on the lobe from hitting the casing and also the marks on the conrod where it got hit by the crank . I tried to keep the video basic and did not explain too much and more a show all . Any other questions I will gladly answer 👍 thank you for watching and commenting. These engines like a fully synthetic two stroke oils . Always stick to one brand because some brands do not mix well . It would be better to flush out the old oil and clean the oil tank .. then put the brand most available to your region in and remember to bleed the oiling system .Then you will be okay 👌 this way you will know for sure you are starting fresh with no obstructions in the oil reserve container and fresh one brand oil of the same kind .

Hi i would like to ask cause i got small problem with my 951 haha. It happen to sucked a small piece of my latex gloves inside the air intake when i try to crank it. But it didnt really start yet

@@zorenzarsona9759 hello 🙋🏻‍♂️ yes that can sometimes happen 🙌 if it is just a small piece then I wouldn’t be too worried … it will pass through and out the exhaust eventually .
