Hope it helps. Again following all of the small untold details and following the right order makes a big difference. My install took way too long because I had to figure it all out. Be sure and check out my channel. I have other modifications to the ice chest that will help immensely. I did one on a drainage system . But I’m about to put a new one out. That is even simpler and less expensive. So keep an eye out for that

You are welcome brother. It really does help and is definitely worth the investment. The wind and water deflection is much needed. Plus I won’t be turning around to go and get my hat before it sinks in the water. LOL

Funny. Just a couple of weeks ago I was cruising on Narragansett Bay here in Rhode Island, and there went the hat! Does the Windshield help when listening to music, and will it help in keeping the wind off my hands? It's getting cold up here! Sorry for so many questions.@@One-offOutdoors

Great questions. I haven’t used it enough to honestly give an accurate answer. However when I take it out I’ll be doing a performance video and I will address both of those questions. My initial thought is yes on the sound and to an extent on the hands. The shield does come out on the bottom toward the hands, providing some protection. And in cold weather some is better than none.

No this is on the upper shield. But both shields are fully enclosed to keep water out of the engine bay. There is no air intake that I have ever seen. It is designed to be water tight.

Seadoo has some really great aftermarket items. Many are to costly and you can just fabricate your own. However that back deck addition and that windshield are absolutely worth every dime.

Any issues with the trolling motor attachment? I have noticed no squeaks on mine as it relates to the contact with fishfinder. Been through brutal waves and wind storms in Seattle area with it and love it.

Trolling motor mount is rock solid. No vibration. Completely balanced. No excessive weight on front end. No effect on driving or steering.

Windshield will help tremendously. However on those day where you are traveling cross waves and the wind is blowing the tops off the waves into your side…. Well then not even Jesus Christ Himself could keep you dry. Best to stay home unless it’s really hot weather. LOL
