Hi Guys, does anyone know why I've lost Sport mode (all driving modes). Same 2011 model RXT X 260 RS

I am thinking of buying a RXT-X 260rs but not a new one, what year model do you recommend buying? I was thinking 2010 or 2011, what is this about faulty welds?? Thanks.
