He ain't foolin" If you see a real Wagner ware Magnalite pot, buy it! Bought 3, Lil aluminum wheel polish and a cordless drill and they look like a mirror. Gumbo, rice, sticky chicken, beans, jambalaya...it works great for all of them. Also, the holy trinity rub/mix is an awesome way to get great creole flavor into whatever you're cookin. Gives that great cajun flavor with zero work. Love seafood Gumbo SK Thanks for the show

andouille is for chicken and sausage gumbo. Seafood gumbo is for seafood, crab, shrimp, crawfish, I like tossing in some mussel meat last minute just to heat them up. With Okra, I like to flour and fry it first to deslime it.
