@@SinfulFoodie Yes didi, but if you wanna cook it instantly then you have to but I belong Andhra pradesh and my family keeps it overnight to ferment it rather than using a curd for fermentation. I had many experiences of eating dosa outside and what shop keeper do is they grind the pulses and rice a day before and keeps it. and next day raat hone tak vo khatta hona start hoo jata haii. Thank you for replying diii, Ily 😍💗💗 Next time overnight rakhna grind karke, if you apply it, trust meee it will taste much better 😋❤

Try exploring villages of the states and try to stay in any of the house, you love the experience there.

Sundari akka kadai is quite overrated tbh honest there are other stalls which serves tasty and affordable seafood as u went late maybe they werent there.
