SEAFOOD & PALM OIL STEW

Ingrédients & overall cooking time about 40min
• 250 salmon/saumon
• 250g of any fish fillet/fillet de poisson de votre choix
• 125g baby crabs/petites crabes
• 100g of large crab/large crab
• 200g prawns with the shell on /crevettes avec la coque
• 250ml palm oil
• 100g shalottes/echalottes
• 2 med onion/oignons moyens
• 2 cloves garlic/gousse d’ails
• ½ bunch spring onion/ciboule (feuille d’oignons)
• 1 med fresh tomato
• 450g tomato puree
• Rosemarie
• Thyme/tin
• 4 tsp coarse black pper/gros poivre
• 4 tsp Ashanti pper/poivre rouge African/Fehfeh
• 1 tsp Ground locust bean/Soumbara/Netetou
• fresh chilli/piment frais
• 2 larges carrots
• 2 large parsnips/panais
• ¼ cabbage/choux
• 1 aubergine
• knorr vegetable cubes
• salt
