Absolutely brilliant. well done. lovely rhythm and melody playing. I'm a guitar player but will be buying the Seagull merlin. play mostly traditional Irish stuff. This would sound great in a traditional irish music session. Good job man and thanks for posting.

Awesome! I've been looking for videos about this instrument and yours only just now came up, when I wasn't searching for it. Glad I saw it cause I like it allot. I want to find a Merlin that has that darker wood on the body, like you have. Do you know if there is a sound difference between the Merlins that are natural wood or the darker ones?

Yes the Mahogany has a warmer sound the same as you would get on darker woods for guitars

I believe I was playing a d to a cadd9 and walking it down for backing track recorded a loop with rc300 then played Merlin on top I will mess around with it and let you know😎😎😎
