Im not great at Overwatch but Im pretty sure you just spray since his recoil is pretty much nonexistent. That being said dont shoot when you are not on target obviously.

If I remember correctly then the first 6 shots hit dead center on the crosshair with no spread, so ideally you'll want to shoot six bullets, stop shooting for a split second, and start shooting again and you'll be a laser beam. Unless ofc if you're close enough that the spread doesn't matter, in which case you're playing soldier wrong.

Remember, Overwatch is basically a joke now. It's still a game, just not a good one. Seagull has said he won't ever really quit Overwatch, but he's been branching out into other FPS games.
