A little hack for these - if you have an airbrush - dusting a matte varnish on the stuff (once assembled in the way you'll use most) will kill the paper shine and makes things look even cooler! (You probably can use a rattle can just be gentle)

Thanks Rob, I have four sets now and they are great. One set fills a table easy. Great fun for my five parsecs playthroughs. And picked up northern settlement for five leagues and Rangers of shadow deep. Great for any tabletop. Cheers.

I bought one of the core space sets forever ago. To tell the truth I prefer MDF and plastic, but the battle sustems help me to fill things in. Plus I don't spend a bunch of time filling and trimming. But for my money, card is a little flat for mew.
