I think where McDonald was weakest was his ability to coach players outside of scheme. It showed when we played down to opponents and failed to play with a consistent hunger throughout the season. It’s probably something you can only learn how to do as an actual head coach. I’m sure he’ll reflect on that this offseason and improve moving forward.

MM needs to get in Grubb's face and make him adapt. You have to run the ball in the NFL. Even just to keep the defense halfway honest.

So I got a question for you to ask. Theverybody wants to run the it all the time. In the press conferences, but after all 11 yd game, we threw the ball 11 times in a row. What in the hell is going on so Mike? Can you ask them this question if you guys want to run the ball? Why don't you and then give him that stat?Thank you great show

it just feels like a lost season on offense. defense i still have a lot of faith to improve in the future but grubb cant be here in the future at this point.

Nah man I don't think Geno is the problem. I think it's a little bit of play calling but mostly our O-Line is trash.

Geno doesn’t like using his legs . He can destroy teams and gain little yards. Also everything has to be in time with him. Dk has to hit his rout with in 3 seconds and Geno doesn’t look.

Benching Riq for one drive at the very beginning of the game didn’t hurt the team that much. Apparently Riq was out clubbing Friday and Saturday leading up to the packers game then had a bad game. It’s speculation but that is word going around. He even mentioned on John Hankins podcast how much he liked the clubs at the town he went to college at that week. Dude needs to find a woman and stay home. Sorry. It may sound harsh but it’s how I feel about it
