I have been a season ticket holder for 3 years, was on the waiting list for 15 years. The home field advantage is gone because 1/5 of the stadium is now filled with the opposing team. It’s just not fun going to the games hearing the other team be louder than the Seahawks fans. Also, was told by a Seahawks fan to sit down when the Defense is on field, if anyone knows the Seahawks are supposed to hit loud during the D is on the field and are quiet when the O is on the field. If you notice when we went for it on 4th the crowd was loud. I am not renewing my tickets next year.

100 % Agree. I had season tickets 05 through 2010 . Not 1 time during a game did we sit down. Even when jim Mora was head coach and we won 4 games. It was a party like no other. I believe its because the rising costs have taken the blu collar fans out. So now the culture is being traded for money.

Seahawks o-line wasn't exactly giving time to setup many deep shots. That first drive with Rousseau batting the ball down twice, essentially set the tone. Bills didn't even have Milano, Bernard or Von available. Anyway, keep your heads up Seahawks fans, better days are ahead. I had a good buddy back in college was from Seattle and was a diehard fan. After the SB loss he literally had a drunken meltdown where about a half dozen of us had to restrain him and call campus security. He was in rough shape but did apologize the next day. At the end of the day though, I knew exactly how he felt, x4. We may root for different teams but as football fans, we're also one big community. Best of luck the rest of the season. The snap over his head actually happened on a second and goal on the previous drive that lead us to settling for a field goal. Connor Williams accidentally tripping Geno is what lead to the turn over on downs. Both comedically bad and pivotal momentum killers. Those two and Hall roughing the passer on the red zone stop were monumental. Without those it could have been potentially Seahawks 14 Bills 10 which could have played out into a different game. Those are some pretty big IFs though

For the first time in a long time, our play caused me to shut off football for the day. If we had at least made it a challenge I would have enjoyed the contest... But this was just a beatdown. Had no desire to watch the Sunday night game, even though I wanted both of those teams to lose... I keep wondering- is MM really a defensive mastermind? I have not seen it yet. Our players still leave massive gaps for opposing QB's to just pitch and catch all day long, and no run defense whatsoever... I'm really hoping that the scheme is just complex enough that our defense is having issues understanding it and will get better over time.. And while Grubb may have some interesting plays up his sleeve, why aren't we doing screens to our YAC guys on third down, rather than swinging for the fences with a bad O-line? Get the ball out of Geno's hands quickly on third down.... Maybe start the game by running on the edges, establish the run and play off the weaknesses of the line.. And WHY did we try and rush straight forward on the goal line? It was so obvious we were not winning in the trenches- bounce it outside and let K9 beat them with speed.

My hope for this team was something similar to the start of the LoB, have struggles but at the end of the year really show what they can do, of course I wasn't expecting anything like the LoB to show up from it, but honestly, I'm struggling to have faith in that anymore, for the last week I was hoping that the falcons game was the start of showing what this team can do, damn was I wrong. I was listening to the Macdonald show with Brock and salk. It was very informative because Macdonald did say that both sides of the ball is still on the early stages of playbook that would fix the issue the team has. We got to start questioning whether this has the talent to run Macdonald and grubb schemes. We said it before they need Jimmy over Joe's talent wise. Maybe we should temper our enthusiasm because last year it was the easiest scheme to now running one of the hardest scheme in football. So I believe it may take atleast another year before the team can show the talent it's capable of. But the fact Macdonald even said that he hasn't shown them the whole playbook because they keep messing up says alot.

I was thinking about it last night. I just couldn't get over the fact how seattle lost against buffalo. Thinking about it when Schneider and organizations mutually agreed to part ways with carroll and they hired Macdonald to coach. When Macdonald put his staff together it was a couple week before the nfl combine, free agency and draft. Usually teams have their plans set on who they want to go after in the draft and free agency. But i get the sense that seattle has been behind the 8 ball with plans for who they want or who they go after. I am starting to believe that Macdonald let Schneider do his normal thing when it comes to free agency, and the draft. The games seem like Macdonald is trying to play catch up with this team and coaching players who aren't a fit with Macdonald and grubb schemes. It no excuse for their play but I could see that if they are playing catch up it affect a franchise. Plus other than Leslie Frazier, most of the coaching staff is in their first couple years. With washington commanders they have a more experience coach tree with DQ who has done it before. So firing Macdonald who is still learning on the job wouldn't work. With grubb when you look at UW scheme is that they had YAC guys who were shifty but also can block. They used shifts and motions. Problems is they don't they have a Polk or McMillian. Plus the two years UW had grubb they had a top 5 oline in college football. If you look at penix in UW he had time to throw in each game. With Kingsbury in NFL it took most of the year before he started settling in as a HC which grubb isn't HC he an OC. Problem is how hinder is grubb scheme with a terrible oline and receivers who can't block. Honestly you can't turn over a roster of pro carroll players in one year to pro Macdonald. It reminds me when they went from a brian shottenheimer scheme to waldron scheme. It took a full year. But with seattle they have an level they can go. Yes you can tell some players aren't bought in but other than trading them their not much you can do. So I believe they need to do two things one is that if they lose to the rams they need look at every position see whose fully bought in and who isn't. Than at the end of season get rid of them and get players who will play the right way. Also the other thing is that while geno isn't the reason why seattle getting embarrassed we have to figure if this is a one yr project or multi year project. Is he worth 50 mil playing the way he did last night. With the talent and coaching Im optimistic you just don't blow it up. Plus Honestly if seattle beats the rams and niners us fans we be speaking differently. I just feel this lost could change the team for the better or it change it for the worst. Also i just know that us fans are finally hearing the stuff that came out when Sherman, kam etc played. They fought each other. Like I have said it a year of growing pains us fans need to be patient which is difficult. Other than the buffalo lost most loses showed that seattle can score points but us fans need to wait til end of season and see what changes. I just keep coming to something Macdonald said is that they are in the infancy of building this team. What if he meant that right now he doesn't have the right players to run both his scheme and grubb scheme. So right now patience is needed

JS and Mac gotta at least figure out which players are bought in and which players are _phoning_ it in -- so Schneider can make better decisions in the off-season who to re-sign for how much, and who to jettison. The young players we're getting out of the draft nowadays are a bit more entitled in their thinking, especially when a lot of them have already cashed in on NIL and title-shopping via the transfer portal; it takes a special coaching staff to knock that out of them and get them to commit to the program. OTOH the coaching staff needs to better articulate what the actual program _is._ As it is presently, we're seeing a redux of the same shortcomings we've been living with the past 3 or 4 seasons now. I thought the scheme would be different. The fact that it isn't tells me we've got players on D who are incapable of absorbing Mac's scheme and won't respond unless it's a base package that allows them not to think too much. If our personnel are no better than that then it's time to clean house, _despite_ the obvious talent we have on the defensive side of the ball.

To all the people shouting about trading DK, I hope you all understand this is what the team would look like without him. He is literally the only deep threat on the team and draws double coverage every play. I think we need to add another receiver with top end speed who can add the deep threat along with DK. And Can we please draft some good offensive linemen? It’s painful to watch them at times but when you lead the league in pass attempts, what do you expect? it’s not like the other teams don’t know we are passing 70% of the time. Defense can’t stop the run and doesn’t seem to be able to defend the middle of the field. Tackling is worse than I can remember in forever. I was thinking about it. We both discussed different philosophy when it comes to the qb position. The question is how long is plan to be contenders status. By the time everything is fixed is geno still playing at a top 10 level qb. Age is a concern and with the fact that Macdonald has come out and said that he can't implement a scheme to help. The Jimmy vs Joe idea. With this draft class being so weak. Is geno a player that once this rebuild or retool is done able to play at an elite level. I'm just not sure. Age is undefeated and I'm not sure it will be smart to keep a qb when seattle maybe not in a win now mode. The question is how long is the retool/rebuild if it's a year. Maybe..if it's more than 2 yrs what the point of keeping a qb that will help us acquire picks
@TheHawksNest12thman13 сағат бұрын
Thank you for the donation, Thomas, and all of your support. This is definitely where we can come to common ground in regards to the future of the quarterback position in this way...I'm in favor of Geno being here long-term, but with a major caveat. The team has to be ready to compete in 2025. I wasn't sure if they could get there this year, but you have to be sure as an organization if the move is to sign Geno to that long term deal that the team is really in that state. Right now, halfway into the year, it's hard to draw that kind of certainty. So if this season continues to fit to the current state of the team that would lead me off of Geno. If they round into shape I'd feel differently, and why it's so important to have the full year/finishing strong potential to make this kind of determination. But yes, great QB or not, I wouldn't roll with an extension to Geno if the team is bad in so many areas still.

This game was so one sided it should be investigated for gambling. When the ball got snapped that high in the air it reminded me of the first play of our Super Bowl victory against the Broncos. Why were the Bills such a Superior team? Are their players that much more talented? I know rain was a factor for both teams. How did Buffalo receivers get so wide open in our secondary? It seems this game would cause a coach to blow his top. The bills out played out hustled, out coached and out everythinged the hawks. Head scratcher? Maybe too much family time for some of the players during the week caused them not to be focused? Forgot how to play at home. It appears DK is so valuable to this team. Lost without him. "And so it is...", all you Pete Carroll haters can no longer blame him for a bad defense! If we loose to the Rams next @ home, I'm done with this team this year!!

Did the refs cause that high snap? Did they cause Geno to trip on his own center on 4th down? Did they throw that pick? This was a blowout bro. Refs had nothing to do with it

As a Bills fan, I don't think your team lacks talent. I think you have a problem in the locker room. /nohate
@CasualClinkz3 күн бұрын
You got the 4th down wrong. Williams stepped on genos feet and made him fall. The missed snap was on our drive when we were 1st or 2nd and 5 to goal. Could have been 14 points right there and the whole fame would look different

If you don’t like hearing people bringing up Pete and saying “bring Pete back”, you should do the same NOT mentioning Pete and stop blaming Pete for this mess. Stop saying Mike inherited this team and this is Pete’s team, hence this is the mess Pete started. Like you should take your own advice and let the whole Pete thing go. Stop blaming Pete for this dumpster fire. I hate when people do the opposite of what they preach. One thing you guys conveniently forget is JS hired Mike cuz Mike was supposed to be this defensive genius who could turn any defensive player into an elite. So in theory it should not matter what he inherited he should still be able to turn this defense into atleast a better one or above average defense with players we currently have. But so far this defense looks exactly or worse than Pete’s…that’s a fact. And players we have are not even that bad…witherspoon…woolen..Mafe…leo..Love..they are all good players..they’re just not being used correctly. And Mike was supposed to be this guy who would know how to use these guys to make them elite players.

Once again, another person who sees fit to not really watch and listen to what I say but take out what they want to hear and apply their own pre-conceived biases. I squarely say in the video this is on Macdonald now - his responsibility. And your takeaway from that is that I'm somehow blaming this loss on Carroll? Is hearing comprehension difficult for you? Is English a second language? Macdonald inherited a team dumpster fire of issues like crap tackling and undisciplined play at a league worst level. The bigger the job to fix, the longer it'll take to fix, and the more we must acknowledge how bad of what was inherited from the prior regime. See, this is the nuance folks like yourself seem completely uninterested in, and always the drive back to making everything super simplistic. Poor form, Fumi. Disingenuous, and poor form.

@@TheHawksNest12thmanlol wow…so your respond to my opinion on your take about how we should give Mike time because he inherited a mess that Pete made was to talk down to me by saying english must be my second language because I sounded like I wasn’t able to understand what you were saying? Very classy.

@@fumis1631 I'm matching the energy you're bringing in here, Fumis. You blatantly misrepresent my take so that it somehow fits to what your narrative is of me. And then you start getting sanctimonious and bossy to me on my own channel. That's not a particularly curious mind or someone interested in discussion. Since before the start of the year I've asked and nearly begged the fanbase to be patient with the process, especially if it doesn't take off from the jump. I've also been consistent in saying this could take more time because of Coach Carroll's many, many failures in conjunction with the combined extreme differences in defensive stylings from one to the other. And now I'm being consistent, and as you put it, practicing what I preach. Now you may think a defensive mastermind should somehow turn around a complete mess overnight, or just over half a season. We'll disagree on that. It took Macdonald ten games to get the Ravens right, which was a like defense he was taking over for - not what's happening here. In regards to how Coach Carroll keeps getting brought up, I can assure it's not my obsession with him, but rather he just remains on the tips of so many tongues that can't let go that he's gone and not coming back. At the first sign of any trouble with the current team, the few race to my chat to anguish over the loss of Carroll and try to constantly shift the discussion to that. Again, one of a couple of misrepresentations by you of me. I love having discussion, Yumi, and I don't mind disagreement, but if you choose to be disrespectful to make your point, don't be surprised when that turns right back on you in the same way. I don't owe you something extra that you yourself are not willing to provide, and that type of tone and approach you lead with, I'm really over it and it does absolutely nothing to push any kind of discussion forward.

Stop with the “flop” garbage on the roughing the QB penalty. hall hit the QB helmet to helmet well AFTER the ball was thrown away. “An errant throw followed by a late hit aided by theatrics”? Did you even watch the game?
@TheHawksNest12thman3 күн бұрын
Yeah, I said Allen gave a little flop, but I also Hall can't do that and it's on him. I did not call it a miss call. Hall has to be better there. Disagree with me if you will, but at least accurately present what I'm really saying.

Perhaps the worst game of the season. Without a decent OL, there is no running game. Without a running game, there is no versatile offense, which is needed against good teams. The defense is sometimes okay, sometimes completely undisciplined and unfocused. How often did the Bills actually convert two or three and long? Add to that the completely unnecessary lapses by Geno, Hall and on the return. Too little against the Bills, too little against any team in the league.
