Great show, man. I am blowing up the comment section. Sorry. I am convinced its coaching and playcalling with the Jets. It has to be. I am not so sure that if you swapped the 2013 Seahawks roster and put them in the Jets organization they dont win a SB in NY. I mean the Jets have had hyped teams in the last 10 years and it never works out. It must be their ownership also.

Oh Brandon, I read an article saying that Mike Holmgren said on a Seattle radio station that "Seattle is going to extend Geno" this off-season. I heard that a couple weeks ago.
@ryanball27542 сағат бұрын
I agree with you, Brandon, on Walkers vision. I would give Walker a 98-99 speed rating, 97 agility, 98 acceleration, 96 Juking and like 75 vision. Something like that.

Oh man, that Geno throw in the fourth to DK on 3rd down was the second most important play of the game in my mind. Great play by Geno.
@ryanball27542 сағат бұрын
Also, a lot of people think because Geno holds onto the ball too long or gets sacked 5 times means that Geno is mediocre. They dont think of the fact that when the other team knows you are passing it and can drop 8 guys to cover 4 and dont even care about the check down, even Mahomes and Burrow im sure hold on to the ball too long when no one is open. The good thing now is that the Jets are going to have to keep an eye on Walker on the flats because they finaly utilized him on the checkdown against the Cards.
@ryanball27542 сағат бұрын
Man, last week I felt like this team was heading towards a breakout game. I didnt quite think it would happen against the Cards but maybe this week but I dont feel like this is going to be a breakout game against the Jets anymore. I dont have confidence in Grubbs scheme as of right now, I do feel like Grubb is improving but I feel like this game will be another low scoring game like 20-17. Edit- Wow Brandon, we are feeling the same. I just got to your 20-17 prediction.

A couple of points. Geno in his career has a 16+ yards average running the ball and would you guys agree that the dump offs to Walker may go along way towards fixing the running game as those passes are running plays and it mitigates our reluctence to have Geno under center at least some of the time.
@ryanball27542 сағат бұрын
I feel like the dump offs would open up the middle range passes a lot more than the run game. Just my thought on that.

If we go on a nice little run to end the season, what do we think about taking Tyler Booker, the guard out of Bama? He's probably a reach at 15 through 20, but maybe a logical pick around the mid 20's. I know the draft is rich in edge rushers next year, and I'm all about maximizing draft value regardless of need. If we end up with a 1st round pick where a guard is on our board as a descent value, it seems like a win to me.

Putting pressure that seattle needs to beat the jets is ludicrous. They could very well blow the jets out if the defense plays good. They are showing confidence and Macdonald is getting into his bag. If grubb gets into his bag seattle will be dangerous. But nice stream. Go hawks

The first play that got called back by the timeout was a great play by Devon Witherspoon too. That wasn’t even spoons guy but he saw it happening and cut in to hit the guy and break up the pass.

Obviously he called the timeout to tell Spoon to go get him, gratz to Coby, but Spoon made Kyler want to go back to Call of Duty there.
