there was a question as to how long the mixed two parts can be stored before use.. Answer is two to three hours per the manufacturer's product sheet at: sealnlock.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/Product-Data-Super-Wet-8-16-pub.pdf in section "mixing"

What are all the dead grass marks at for example 7:40?? Are they from the bio-strip? Why use heated water? Does the bio-strip require heated water?

The white marks on the grass is from the Hot Water, that grows out in a few days and get mowed away... . The Bio Strip was applied with a roller and then removed with Hot Water Pressure Washer. The process works best with a Hot Water pressure washer and a Turbo Tip. It will talk much longer to remove with cold water. probably 3 times linger. So rent a Hot Water PW for a 1/2 day or a day if you do this work.
