I love watching your videos. There’s a lot of detail put into explaining everything and it is a lot of help! I own a concrete coating/sealing company over in Central Oregon and planned to start offering Asphalt Sealcoating over here this year too. Hey John, just now seeing this, sorry it took me so long, that's awesome - where in Central Oregon? And just let me know if you want to, our season is generally May-November for Sealing, all about the heat, can't do too much in the cold and certainly not if it's wet. Let me know when the time comes, and you as well.

Wish we sprayed parking lots we do😩 here in suburban Chicago my company has a warehouse complex we do and it’s over a million square feet of hot crack filling and sealing. We just use brushes btw. Love this stuff tho. Please do more videos

Are you serious! Why not spray, its so much quicker, or do a compination of brushing and spraying, sorry! It's hot over there too, you probably have to start really early

I apply an oil remover and pressure wash. Oil and water hate each other.

If that's what the customer wants yes. We do single and double coats regular sealcoat and then we have a heavy duty sealer that we do the same.
