Sealed Budget EP 1 - Scuffed Start [Weiss Schwarz]

Inspired by other Sealed Only challenges such as Nhymnim’a Sealed Only Challenge or Pak’s Banking on a Budget, we give ourselves a weekly budget of $100 (for content) and build a deck with only 3 rules:
• No buying/trading singles
• Only sealed product
• Using only our weekly $100 budget for sealed product
All of this to hopefully do something (TBA)
