That's balls that it was warped... take it back, any good vinyl dealer will exchange it. They know that some new records come warped. Cool looking record tho. Don't let it discourage you from new vinyl. They ain't all warped or nobody would bother!

That sucks! Unfortunately, I've experienced the same with new vinyl. Hopefully you can get that replaced with a good copy.
