So you are plotting Mole ratio of Y against mole ratio of X. And X0 is zero for a pure solvent. That is, for a pure solvent, the Mole ratio of X is zero. Am I correct? The mole fraction/mole ratio confused me a bit.

Yes the mole ratio of Xo is zero Given: Xo=(xo/1-xo) Xo=o/1 Xo= 0 As xo is zero by default because there isn't any solute( in this case NH3) present in the pure solvent stream at the top.
