when play calling is limited by the QBs inability to run the offense is not on the coach who is giving the QB plays he can run. But he runs out of the play and into sacks. He does make some great throws but it is always out of a broken play, and it is RW’s fault the play breaks down so soon.

No one can play behind that kind of consistent pressure. All Stidham has going for him is that he hasn't figured out yet that there most likely will NOT be a pocket for him to climb into. Having a defender in his grill on most plays will change that, but it will take time for the brutal reality to sink in. Russ was never perfect, but he deserved better than what the Broncos were willing to put out in front of him. To me, the order of biggest cause of the Broncos problems this year: 1) Horrible trade Denver made to acquire Wilson. 2) Defensive coordinator during 1st 7 games 3) Russell Willson's declining skills and his inability to run Payton's offense. 4) Sean Payton. Ryan Clark sounds like a whiney B here. Wilson ran the franchise under Nathaniel Hackett That was untenable. Both of the players agreeing with Ryan Clark were cut by the Broncos. I don't hear anyone still on the team defending Wilson.

So, overall hes 26-8 and 10 fumbles with 3070 yards. Serviceable but not great. However to eat 85 mil in dead cap is 42.5 mil a year if they go to push that over 2 years. Daniel Jones makes 40 mil a year and has way worse numbers and coming off of an injury, I mention him just to state that for 40 mil you get a Daniel Jones QB, thats the market...It would still be worth keeping him over that dead cap hit due to his production alone. Then if you want to get into his average yard targets, well fix that o-line and get more than just Sutton on offense. I cant really blame Russ considering what that offense has to use and that o-line cant protect. Hell, we cant even try to argue that that defense isnt a massive issue, and that was gutted as well..

Well, look RW was not a team player last year, when is it a good idea to hire your own personal coach and had his own office separate from the team. This year, RW cost us the jets game, and down the stretch he gave the ball away way too much. At the end of the day, if should put the game on a 245 million dollar quarterback. Sad but RW was a huge bust. He probably will play for another team that will beat us

You also have to look at the catches by receivers. Some of those catches for touchdowns make the quaternary back look really good, wheninfact the receiver made a miraculous catch. You have to look at how many third down try’s were turned into first downs or touch downs and how many fourth try’s were turned into first downs or touch downs. I’ve been one who didn’t think Russel looked great kin Seattle and it really shows here. I believe our division is like the old division that was called thr black and blue. We play some of the best teams twice and certainly some of the best other wise. CutRussel because of his play. A good quarterback raises the rest of the team to a higher level and Russel did not do that!
