My late father, John "Sean" Joseph Rodgers (Born Belfast, Ireland : 8th September 1943), sadly passed away on Boxing Day 2021.
Being here in Japan in the midst of the ongoing Covid bull and not being able to attend the funeral (in person) in England, I made this 5 minute video of his life (along with 3 more) that were shown at the service. I thought I would share this one here as he lived a pretty extraordinary life.
RIP Dad and I will see you soon xx

That video of you all out together in London in summer of 1993 unlocked so many memories. Sorry for your loss. Your father seemed like a lovely man.

Thank you for the comment. Yes. I often think where my parents were in their lives when I was a child / teenager… Now I’m at the same age as they were and realise…. Time stops for no one and we are just human ❤

Saw your London video in ‘93 which is when I moved back to England, then your ‘89 New Years vid. Then the Japanese stuff. I’m in Japan now too! Seemed like a great dad anyway!
