Those who can hold back strikes when they know their opponent is done before the ref does, and show concern for them after the horn sounds. Fighters like Brian Ortega, and Dustin Porier for their dedication to their communities, in giving back to the places that made them who they are. Fighters like Daniel Comier for being ambassadors for mma and thanking their opponents for making them better fighters, better human beings. Fighters like Rose Namajunas who remind us that the most important thing in life is self discipline, self control, and self love None of us are perfect, including this list, and I get that trash talk is part of the sport. Drama sells, and most of it is just for show, but the true mark of a champion, is respect. Sean and Colby lack these core values unfortunately
