One thing I didnt notice the first watch of this, was their cardio. Strickland is very relaxed and Rukiya is breathing heavy. some of it probably is from the size different and the extra work the smaller guy has to do to keep strickland away but still strickland uses very little energy and has great cardio

Pretty much, if you watch Anpo’s (the Japanese guy) exhibition with Pacquiao it’s the same. Pacquiao’s old and his punches aren’t phasing Anpo at all. The same thing is happening with Strickland, Anpo’s doesn’t have the mass to hurt him, so he’s gassing out fast because he throwing bombs and trying to survive at the same time.

He would need to adjust his guard, he keeps his hands low to catch kicks in MMA. his cardio seems good and he fights relaxed he throws arm punches though, for guys his size at 175 or cruiser he would be very under powered, the elite guys they would feel fine taking risks against him throwing power shots.
