Brother, if you haven’t yet, try Quarry Road after coming down from Antenna, leading to Eastridge then Mahabang Parang or Antipolo. Pwede side trip to the petroglyphs.

Hi Sean! I notice you always wear a neck gaiter. I have allergic rhinitis and every time I ride I always have stuffy or clogged nose and it’s hard to breathe and usually get headaches after or during long rides. I’m doing my 3rd Audax this weekend I wonder if the neck gaiter helps since breathing through the mouth is more efficient?

Yes i never ride without it. One major reason: protection from the sun and dust. Pag tough climb, i sometimes pull it down. For everything else, i can manage. Nasanay narin eh.
