I’m happy you still make videos Sean. Shout out bro for trying it out💯

They definitey help, the trick is to use them on only your back trucks so you can pivot your 180's. I had zero progression on BS 180's for three weeks before I bought these and then learned them pretty quick afterwards!

That's a pretty cool idea!

I bet it would help with 180's my biggest fear is the board shooting out from under me.

I know how to skate pretty well, like i know kickflip,heelflip, treflip, impossible and all these things, but this could still help me learning switch because i am so trash at switch.

yesteday i teched a 5 year old ow to skate. In just an hour he was able to push and to steer. It was alnost shocking to see how fast he learned it. I think the next skate generation will be insane.

When I started skating I always found tricks while moving to be easier. Especially for Ollie’s and kickflip cause the momentum. But these are a great product and have definitely helped some of my friends get more comfortable skating

All fun and games ultil you have to skate in a small garage and want yo learn how to tre😭😭

Well done Cameron. Those tricks are harder to do with skater trainers. Especially the shove. You’ll do a 360 shuvwith the same effort I think.

I haven’t been on a board in 16 years. I just bought myself an 8.12 sized board and now gonna buy these skater trainers. I’m super excited!

Use a thin rug or mat over concrete instead. Much closer to the feel of doing the trick 👍

Get em, I used them to learn BS 180's and do better ollies and FS 180s

i’d make the argument that if you aren’t comfortable riding, you shouldn’t even attempt ollie’s or any tricks. Getting good at cruising and being comfortable makes learning tricks milesssss easier, especially if you get comfortable doing hippie jumps.

I’m definitely for that 👌🏽 I usually recommend the same thing

these are dope to start with but somthing you for sure need to grow out of because so many tricks work on how the wheels rotate and what not.

I haven’t done an Ollie in a long time. I’m 51. I was skating in the 80’s. I just bought some skater trainers. I really just want to be able to Ollie onto sidewalks, so I don’t have to stop.

Quick advice you need to ride more the more you ride the more comfortable you are to be on a board

Three quarters of the way through your video I was more than willing to support what you're up to. But an insulting commercial was inserted. Being of a sound mind, no one should support this or shit, if that's what you're shopping around. Character is lacking these days.
@seanbrownskating2 жыл бұрын
Ultimately buying the product comes down to the buyer’s decision. This video was just showing how it performed with a complete newbie. Idk how that would have a negative affect on my character
@seanbrownskating2 жыл бұрын
Also by commercial do you mean me trying to “sell” the product or that a mid-roll ad had popped up in the video? Just trying to understand.

Started skating again (at 54) after about thirty five years off the board. Whilst I continue to enjoy skating I am still grappling with the fear of injury from drop ins, ollies, kick flips etc. I switch between a regular board, the small Penny board, a long board and a surf skate. Whilst using my regular board, I desperately need to progress. I bought both the silicon skater trainers for the wheels and got a mate to help me drill the soft trucks onto an old deck. I have only used the skater trainers and soft trucks for a brief period and found them helpful in getting over the fear factor and gaining confidence through repetitions. Already starting to get ollie mark on my front sneakers. Could recommend either of these for beginners. Thanks for posting the video.
