This sequence has saved my ass more then once now. First, about 15 yrs ago (it was on a dvd) I did this over and over multiple times a day with her via video. And that was the first time in my life my binge eating disorder permanently disappeared. Ive found it again on youtube and Im on day 2 of using it and its already helping me quit smoking. Ive done years of yoga and all kinds, and all sorts of new age crap for healing. I dont know what it is about Seane and this sequence but, for me, its the most perfect. Thank you

I'm 55 and just started practicing in May. I go to a local studio which is great but I try to do it a lot as it makes me feel so darn good. Your video has been instrumental in my goals of practicing 4-6 times a week. The flexibility of my earlier years has returned and so many things are improved. Well it's more than a year later and I still return to this flow at least 3-4x's a month. I have gained more strength and flexibility but mostly I have gained some peace and stillness in my life that I enjoy very much. Thank you again and, Namaste.

that's a lot of bottled up emotions that Yoga released for you. I've found that if I start off in a negative state, I always feel better after yoga. I wonder if science understands what's going on here -- not that the why matters, as it definitely helps

I had tears at the end, I cleaned emotionally as well. I meditate but normally I do HIIT exercises or yoga at the gym that is not so spiritually but I needed to do this for few days as I was a little bit stressed. Took me a while to choose a video that I feel attracted to but is the first time when I feel I worked my body, my spirit I emptied my mind and I grounded at the same time. Thank you! For sure I will come back!

How do i get better at yoga like the asanas at least? I feel like i have been doing yoga for a yr and half and i am not improving much. I guess there are periods where I practice yoga 5 times a week and then some months where I, honestly speaking, practice only 5 times a month. Do u reckon that's affecting this? idk I am feeling so bumped out. Help. :(
