ICM made an A-26 WWII six gun nose that was just released. Love your work and great ideas.

Some great weathering tips for interiors, coming along well, can’t wait to see it together, I have only completed one ICM kit and was quite impressed with it, this build is convincing me to have a crack this one, thanks again, Mick.

The WW2 version in metal finish was just released by ICM yesterday.

Great work! I was thinking of getting this kit and stashing it. One day once I’m free doing the version from the movie ‘ALWAYS’

Very nice! The foam lightening really does the trick. That would probably work on the splotchy grey paint on a hornet and tomcat.

I occasionally use it in lieu of the salt technique on the outer surfaces when I want something really weathered.

I like that interior green shade. Similar to bronze green.

I enjoyed seeing your method of weathering the cockpit interior. I will have to follow the remainder of your build. What is the Tamiya paint mixture guide you referred to? Thanks for sharing your modeling techniques, John

To me, using the decals on the instrument panel was worth the effort. It looks good.

After it’s all put together, you really can’t see much of it :(

Sweet cockpit weathering, filtering is one of my favourite techniques,, though it can get a bit smelly. Love your shows,,, what camera do you use? I need better resolution on my builds.

I’m gonna do my best Clonefox80 impersonation (sans lights) and really give this the weathering treatment. I just use my iPhone and edit it on iMovie.

I thought this was called A-26 Invader and the B-26 was the cylindrical glass nosed Marauder built by Martin.
@ninus174 жыл бұрын
the A-26 was re-labeled B-26 in 1948, at the same time as the P-51 mustang became the F-51 mustang

But since then I have learned the difference.

Actually, maintenance crews took pride in the care of their aircraft. They did clean the interiors.

I would like a 24 hour body cam. I'd like to see how you apply your socks, and how many scrubs you brush your teeth with. Enamel wear is no joke. Plaque is serious. Sorry I am day drinking at the bench
