I had a professional color analysis done and it was totally worth it! Really helped me be more intentional about what I buy and create a wardrobe that shows me at my best! Side note: off leash dogs terrify me 😥 there were some MEAN dogs that would let be off leash where I used to live in NC… I had to go for walks with bear spray 😓

Oh nice that sounds ideal! I feel like we naturally gravitate toward our best colors and when we go off of our palette we wonder why we hate it so much 😂. Knowing what it is officially would be such a big help in what to choose for clothing, makeup, and even wall color, it makes total sense! I used to live in NC too! That's actually where my first dog (many years ago) was attacked and bitten in the neck by an off leash neighborhood dog, we had just let our two dogs out to potty and I found him laying in the grass barely breathing it was awful. He didn't survive and it devastated me so I'm hyper paranoid about other dogs approaching mine when we are out. It's unfortunate that I can't really trust other people to respectfully leash theirs so I also carry that spray that mailmen have for dogs called OFF. I don't care if the dog is "nice" mine is protective over me when on a leash and is reactive. It's super annoying isnt' it?? 😭

I have PMDD (pre-menstrual dysphoric disorder) and it is a challenging little fart. Some months I squeak by without it rearing its irritable head, and others something just triggers it and it farts around like Smaug the Magnificent in my head! UGH. I hope your pre-menstrual tricks help, and those pancakes are the work of pure goodness.

Oh that sound miserable! I wish we had more clear answers for these hormonal issues all of us gals deal with. :(
