I'm concerned about the volume ,since you mentioned they're not loud. I have a cheaper edifier which also has the same problem. So I'm not sure if it's worth the upgrade?

Edifier seems to do that a lot; quiet earbuds. Sigh. Great sound with nowhere near enough volume. Good review young lad. Thanks for sharing.

Anc is useless because it is a half in ear buds

The ANC on these won’t work like in ear earbuds. It’s designed to cut out very low frequencies in quiet environments. 😄 you could also try the Edifier TWS 1 Pro 2, decent ANC performance. Note that fit is important too 😄
