I bought these and enjoyed them a lot, so I figured "you know what, I'm gonna invest in some Sony's, headphones are pretty important to me". What a mistake... The Edifiers are about 20 times more comfortable than the XM5s....

Since I put the WHXM5 on I ignore them since then. It will be either WHXM6 once it get's released hopefully this year, and isn't a horrible show like the WHXM4, or still the WHXM4. I came from Technics EAH-A800. ANC died on mine after 1 year and 4 months on use sadly :(. Got them repaired but the ANC is still faulty - If I didn't have trust issues about them I would get them a second time. Now I am looking for other options. The Edifier WH950 looks fantastic, but the clicking noise mentioned in the video is kind of concerning.

Don't buy them they have low volume I use OnePlus 10 pro and I have it on max volume sounds like 50% tried everything no success. Could be my phone but when I use my SC q35 they are wayyyyyyy louder. 950nb lack in bass to. Don't trust all the review's. I had to have a pre amp app for making them louder it was to low.

@@FromMeToYou77 Sorry for your ears, buddy. I have W950NB, 1More Sonoflow and before I lost them at the airport, I also had Sony WH1000XM4. They are comparable, I really see not much of a difference in the loudness. But on the other hand, I don't really need the headphones to punch holes in my eardrums, so what do I know... 🙂 If I had to pick one, it would probably still be the Sony, because of the superior ANC, but considering they cost twice as much, you can't go wrong with Edifier or 1More...

Unless Edifier updates their app to allow firmware update, we are stuck with the 2.0.3 firmware... 🙂 Also, I was not able to find any custom EQ setting QR codes, have you found any? I only found one for W830NB, but those are incompatible with 950NB. And I got them for $110 here in CZ, so you got yourself a sweet deal in Sweden... 👍

i personally prefer monitor/flat sound bcs of usages, but from what ive heard it does unexciting/less wow compared to competitors if your looking for 'great sound' i strongly recommend ultimate ears, their products are all great

I noticed on the promotion shot of the Dual Connectivity that it had in small print that you could also connect a 3.5mm. My question is, can you connect the 3.5mm as well as a BT device (Phone/Tab/PC) and have audio from both? I understand these are a budget option. LDAC (Hi-Res audio) codec would not work on Iphone, do not waste your money on this if you are using it over bluetooth on iphone. Get an android phone to make use of the LDAC

As someone who owns the Q45s and was disappointed with their ANC performance and owns Sony XM3's (only because XM4s are never on sale to where I'd buy them and I hate the Airpod Max look of the 5's) as my go to headphones... theyre getting pretty beat up two years on...this soldifiied my want to get these. Best video on these cans yet. Pulling my hair out trying to choose what headphones to go with. Razer opus lacking the ldac sucks but these I've heard are poor performers once they are plugged in aux. Lose the eq settings and goes passive? But these are the nicest looking cans out there with almost all features needed. Ldac is perf for amazon music streaming. But as an occasional wired gaming head set... Sounds like it's a serious loser.... BTW are you from the Canadian east coast? You sound eastern Canadian.

Trust me razer barcuda pro with THX amp built in sounds better then akg / b&w / sony / bose / soundcore. Crystal clear female/ male vocals with huge sound stage and sweet sub bass rumble even at low volume (sub bass is on the audible side it doesn't vibrate at all its like vodoo but the bass is suùuuuuuper accurate)

I bought the Soundcore Space q45 and returned it. Good sound, good ANC, but very bad Bluetooth. Every time I went from the living room to the bedroom (next door) there were brief interruptions with a squeaky sound for a tenth of a second. I've now bought the Edifier for 110 euros (new on Ebay and I'll get it in the middle of the week). I hope they are better.
