Nice stretches - usually I'm hesitant to hold onto poses for so long, so getting numb feet from pidgeon was kind of a new experience. I find firelog very good for sciatic pain, seems to take the pressure right off a twinging nerve :) Toughest for me is always straddle stretch, hard work even getting my elbows to the ground for the first 10-20 breaths. Have to grab a desk leg or a dumbbell to haul myself down lower, but one day I shall headbutt the floor and it will be glorious!

Hello Coach Vigue, I commented on one of your videos earlier this month! I've become a huge fan since and working out with you on a daily. Additional to Football training and working out in the gym, my GF recommended me to do Yin Yoga to enhance my mobility and recreate. Would you agree on Yin Yoga is the most efficient form of Yoga to do such, or are there other forms you recommend? Thank you again for the content you're putting out!

Wow, just starting to get back into stretching again and this session was perfect. I was hanging in there up until that last stretch. I started with just my hands and arms extended but managed to actually get my elbows down to the ground. I look forward to doing these stretches until I can get all the way on my back on that last stretch! Good Job!!!

These routines are great! I've had knee pain for about 4+ years and after doing your 45 minute "Best Stretch" video, they stopped hurting. If I do your deep stretch videos daily, my knees don't hurt. If I miss a day, yes, you guessed it, they hurt. Keep it up! Thank you!!!!!

Sean, I am getting a numbness in my leg whilst in pigeon pose for so long, why might this be? Bad technique? Also, straddle position is very difficult for me, all other poses are fine but I am way off on that.

The lone dislike was probably trying to get a good stretch and snapped their groin strand thing while doing a split. 😊✌️
