Love the shirt and love your chit chat in the videos. I don't know anyone as tight as me and I know what you mean about personal turmoil...my dad passing away has turned me into a tense ball of grief and anxiety for the the past 3 months. I love your restorative yoga...its really been helping me. Thanks Sean!

I will definitely be doing this workout more often. Going to make it a goal to start doing 30-45min of Yoga a day. I take care of myself and go to the gym, time to start taking care of the after gym routine.

Nice stretches - usually I'm hesitant to hold onto poses for so long, so getting numb feet from pidgeon was kind of a new experience. I find firelog very good for sciatic pain, seems to take the pressure right off a twinging nerve :) Toughest for me is always straddle stretch, hard work even getting my elbows to the ground for the first 10-20 breaths. Have to grab a desk leg or a dumbbell to haul myself down lower, but one day I shall headbutt the floor and it will be glorious!

Hello Coach Vigue, I commented on one of your videos earlier this month! I've become a huge fan since and working out with you on a daily. Additional to Football training and working out in the gym, my GF recommended me to do Yin Yoga to enhance my mobility and recreate. Would you agree on Yin Yoga is the most efficient form of Yoga to do such, or are there other forms you recommend? Thank you again for the content you're putting out!

Wow, just starting to get back into stretching again and this session was perfect. I was hanging in there up until that last stretch. I started with just my hands and arms extended but managed to actually get my elbows down to the ground. I look forward to doing these stretches until I can get all the way on my back on that last stretch! Good Job!!!

These routines are great! I've had knee pain for about 4+ years and after doing your 45 minute "Best Stretch" video, they stopped hurting. If I do your deep stretch videos daily, my knees don't hurt. If I miss a day, yes, you guessed it, they hurt. Keep it up! Thank you!!!!!

This was the perfect video for right after an intense leg workout. the pigeon and firelog really helped release some tension in my left hip. Fantastic!!

this was great! I still can't hold down dog for too long yet with this shoulder, but I'm starting to work heavier again with the weights. so, being able to stretch deeply like this felt good!

This was a perfect deep stretching session I really liked spending a good amount of time on those few positions I needed it after having done one of your power yoga sessions the day before! Would love a routine that really focused around loosening the hipflexor area. Thanks so much another top session much appreciated!

that was amazing! done it yesterday after waking up (sore as fuck from the week . . . a lot of physical labor work etc.) and this . . . done 1 round, felt much better . . . Love this. And laughed out loud when you said “...and slide back a little bit into the ... elk poop...” as you headed into pigeon. I’m laughing again now. I ended with reclining goddess with supported feet so ... with hips this open I’ll sleep really well.

@@SeanVigueFitness Is it weird that I'm jealous? I want elk to hang around with me all the time. I've got a dog and five cats IN the house. A feral cat outside the house along with seagulls, brandts, geese, a swan family, a variety of other water birds, the occasional racoon, fox, or deer but no elk.

Is the top of your feet supposed to hurt on the last one? I am not obese at all and I just couldn't hold the last pose because the weight of my body hurt my feet too much

Sean, I am getting a numbness in my leg whilst in pigeon pose for so long, why might this be? Bad technique? Also, straddle position is very difficult for me, all other poses are fine but I am way off on that.
