35:51 i literally jumped of my chair, because one of the most unforgettable moments in Sea of Thieves that i had and i talk about this with my friends till this day was the day that i got in a group with a guy that was blind, and he was piloting our ship, we help him out with direction but he killed it, the best pilot i ever had and was one of the best experiences i had playing a game, and that was years ago, i added him on xbox live but i never played with him again, now i'm watching this documentary, and bam, he appeared out of nowhere, he was a really cool dude that left a great impression on me, shout out to him

Sea of Thieves saved me in 2020. I can't count the hours I spent with my crewmate exploring the ocean. It was our escape from reality. And we were sooooo bad at PVP, but after the disappointment, we tried the next day after work because it was so refreshing. We are still too bad in PVP and life came back to normal. But I am always thinking about returning to the sea. It's calling!! Thank you for the love you put in this game, thanks for hours of adventure and, over all, thanks for giving us fun in one of our hardest times.

Man this is actually going to make me cry. I can not express how many AMAZING adventures I have had and how many special memories I have made. Whether it is making brand new friends or bonding with old ones, every day brings a new story I get to tell and a new smile across my face. I have seen a lot over the years, from stunning fireworks shows and music to the tense and exhilarating naval battles. Part of what makes this game so unique is that the new memories are just as precious as the old ones. A new adventure, a raised tankard, and a promise to never stop chasing the setting sun!!! What makes them truely special is they can have tremedous ideas, but they also aknowledge when they either do mistakes or do things that don't quite work. And then they use the feedback to make something brilliant. When they told us they were gonna shut down the Arena, and then we got season 8, the studio gained my respect forever. They created a solution to fill a need and it did not quite work, they aknowledged it, they analysed the problem and used their previous work to make exactly what pvp players needed. That is incredible work and decision making. I wish all studios were like Rare but i don't know anyone like them.

What i think makes Sea of Thieves so good, and puts it above so many other games that have tried and failed a live service model, is how every session always feels like it has so much unpredicatbility. It's never just about "go online, do some quests, grind some loot", it's about going on a sever, doing a fort, and then realizing that a Galleon just caught you with your pants down. Been playing this game for 3 years now, and every session with the boys has just felt like a new adventure.

And must say you all did an amazing job with this game. Steering it in a great direction. Everyone said in the beginning, there is a lack of content. But a lot of potention. I met my fiance in this game around three years ago, very shortly after the pc release. We met in open crew on the official discord, had fun playing together, and decided to play together again. And again. And again. We lived on opposite sides of the country and a little over a year ago i made the difficult decision to uproot and move in with him. Been sailing since launch and can proudly say this is the 1 game that has constantly brought me back. It's so true what they say, Sea of Thieves is a COMMUNITY. No other game has brought me or my friends joy the way SoT has. I have met some of my best friends on SoT and we will continue to sail the seas. Amazing documentary, it's crazy what Sea of Thieves started out as and what it has become over the last 5 years. Seeing how it went from a bare bones basic foundation of a game and seeing how RARE worked with the community to help build it up to what it is today just shows dedication and how much RARE truly does care about the input and feedback from the community. This game is so special for me as it helped me through my dad's death from cancer in the early months of the pandemic. My two brothers had moved out but the game let us talk every night without the focus being on our dad's cancer and inevitable death. Even if it was only for a few hours each night, I could forget about real life and just mess around in a silly pirate game. I was 16 and felt isolated as it wasn't something my peers could really understand. Seeing people talk about their similar experiences has helped a lot. Thank you for making this wonderful game, it means more to me than you could imagine

I started playing in June 2020 and since then it has unquestionably become my favourite game of all time. I've seen other people consumed with passion by games like Super Mario, or Street Fighter or World of Warcraft and I wondered why I never felt what they felt until I understood this game, it didn't click immediately, but when it did, I fell utterly, completely in love with the world and its endless ability to generate stories and bring me together with others with the same passion. Since then, I've only fallen more under its spell. It's beautiful, charming, intriguing and best of all unpredictable. Its amazing to see how much genuine love and care went into this game, and you can feel it whenever you play it. Its a labour of love, and that carries over into its wonderful community. Just earlier today, my friend and I sunk a Reaper sloop, and the captain came over to our vessel when his sunk, innitially just to give us what cursed cannon balls he had left, but then joined us in a fight against four skelly sloops and a galleon, which, sadly, he didn't get to see the end of as he got hit by a stray shot. But we sunk that galleon, and we raised a grog to a true damn pirate legend, and you rarely get to tell such stories, but in Sea of Thieves, they happen every single session. I love this game and I love the community.

I remember Sailing the Sea of Thieves, and I was streaming on KZbin, I had two of my watchers join me. They were two little kids, a little boy named Ben and his littler sister named understated mouse. She spent every moment on every island to get every resource off that island. I think I have vid of all of it but the thing was these two kids were having the time of their lives having an adult take them seriously and as part of the crew, Not Kids but Shipmates. I was able to give them that due to Rare and the Sea of Thieves.

I would really like the game to continue to develop and I would like to suggest you to add new monsters like kraken or megalodon, maybe underwater dragons or big toothed fish, and it would not be bad to add killer waves (sometimes they occur in the sea and reach 30 meters) .
