Okay so not a bad video, however the incorrect pump is installed. TW is to pump out the tank. SW is for toilet to tank. What's the difference??... DOUBLE DUCKBILL on both the suction and discharge sides. The TW has one duckbill on the suction side and one on the discharge side. SW have 2 on each side. Having 2 on each side helps to maintain a seal so that the vacuum is maintained and the pump doesn't cycle frequently.

We have rebuilt everything in the system but have no vacuum. Any advice?

Check the big white vacuume tank, mine was full of paper. I took it off the boat and unscrewed the end where the wires are at and dumped it out. This is the tank about 12” round and 18” long Try this n let me know

Good video, but.... I have a VG1 like what you are working on in the video. I am working on the accumulator tank, so I was pleased to find this video because you were working, explaining, etc. as you worked through the system. However, when you worked on the accumulator tank, you didn't include any of that in the video - the very part I was waiting to see.

Liked your video...do you have a single head? Looks similar to my system but i have 2heads. On mine it looks like i have one pump for eacch toilet is this correct? The aft toilet is piped from the toilet to a vacuum pump then to the accumulator tank then to theholding tank. The forward toilet looks like it comes from the toilet to a vacuum pump then to the holding tank. Is that wright?

Sounds right, that boat was a 350 SeaRay that I sold last year. I had a absolute shit ton of problems with that toilet laugh out loud I’m happy that boat went bye-bye just because of all the toilet issues I had with it for some reason. My new one single toilet because I didn’t want double the issues on the new boat
