Howdy, Coffee specialist here, just commenting for the bit at the beginning of the video ( around 2:40 ) : putting boiling water on your coffee ground will mostly burn it, making it taste bitter and overall not great, the best water temperature for coffee is around 90°C (Even lower for tea !) Love both your channels, can't wait to see what comes next ! ♥
