If he got tele blocked there is a higher chance he could get killed. Or even if he disconnects theirs a chance for him dying. Pretty much anything you do in the wilderness involves some sort of risk, that's the whole point.

The scouting thing is a real problem, you could be at the most random un-populated place like in this vid and get fucking bum rushed by a bunch of sweaty virgins literally waiting all day for just a chance... This is a huge part in why the wildy is dead.
