Heading there this weekend! Hope to find a nice whelk. Apparently you can also find wentletraps and Ceriths! Who knew?

I have never found a Wentletrap or a Cerith! Good Luck! I have found little New England Whelks - they look similar!

J. Roach-Evans happy to report that kalmus beach was a success! Beautiful warm day and TONS of shells. Like ridiculous. I found Ponderous arks, blood arks, jingles, TONS of horseshoe crab molts, false quahogs, even some moon snails! Big ones too although they were broken. Even found a slightly worse for wear knobbed whelk! I rate it 9/10 for shelling in New England. Heading down to sandy neck, hoping to find. Nice whelk and maybe some sand dollars!

Hi SomeDumbGamer - So nice to hear of your beach combing visit to Kalmus Park Beach. I too find a lot of worn out and broken knobbed whelks there - but it is certainly fun to keep looking! It is beach combing heaven : D So glad you had such a successful treasure hunt!

Emanuela Parenza - Vedo che hai commentato il mio video - ma per qualche motivo non riesco a vederlo? Solo sotto le mie notifiche ... Non sono sicuro di cosa c'è che non va?
