Looks like the nor’easters were good for something after all! Why is it that New England scallops seem to be the prettiest? Down where we vacation in New Jersey, all the scallops are dull greys and blacks.

Yes SomeDumbGamer! Indeed they are - luckily this area of the Cape did not seem hit hard - not like Sandwich and the ocean side of the Cape. I don't know why the Scallop colors are so great - but we did find some really pretty ones! I had to take a few of them home! It seems that the best place for them is the Vineyard Sound beaches and the Nantucket Sound beaches. (the south facing beaches)
