Love the pony tailed engineer…no gloves, hands immersed in oil, hydraulic fluid, whatever…. That was me 40 years ago…. Looks like a ship shape set up. I believe most US Navy Master Chiefs would approve

Most come up "through the hawse" but we do have many academy grads also, particularly from Maine Maritime Academy.
