very good interview. impressive to know that Pema is devoted, loving strong mother and using honesty to help others with depression. i do not believe anyone should judge others. it may be worth mentioning that alcohol is a depressant, only makes depression worse and harder to overcome. hope you family and friends experience great happiness in the present and future. taking good care of yourself and helping others is the right way. ♥️🙏

Cried for the first time watching a Bhutanese being interviewed. No offense but i usually end up laughing because we Bhutanese find laughter in everything 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Not to forget my brother being a comedian lol it's in my blood. Gosh! watching Pem Deki, hit me differently.
