I mean, it's a Japanese inspired season. Would be dumb not to include Japanese heroes, lol. But ye I agree she gets a lot of skins, like mercy/ana eh because people play them and therefore more profits. I agree that more heroes should, at the very least, get bp skins. But as a mainly kiriko player, I'm eating good. Gives me a reason to actually get on overwatch . I think the reason the same 5 characters get new skins is because the people who make the skins aren't inspired by other characters when making these skins. They just go "I have an idea for this character's skin and can't think of any for someone like symmetra". At the end of the day, people can only make skins for characters they like and once in a blue moon, they'll challenge themselves for characters that don't get anything.

That makes them quite easy to get creative with, and so, we get more skins for them. Characters like Zarya, Symmetra and Sojourn are rather bland and generic, comparatively, from a personality perspective, so they're harder to relate to, and harder to fit a theme to.
