There was an attempt in season 1 and it was entertaining. It sticking to the themes of exploring society after the end of the world in 1, 2, & NV though or keeping internal consistencies not so much. The NCR, while in the throws of reenacting the age of robber-barons as of New Vegas, which occurs in 2281, had Shady Sands shunted way the heck south-west to the point where it was effectively in the boneyard which is modern day Los Angeles. In F02 Shady Sands location is within the modern day Sierra national forest near Mammoth Lakes. In Fallout 1 Shady Sands was up against Death Valley's northern edge. In FNV, as part of a citizenship test for the NCR, a question is raised - what was the first capital of the NCR, that being Shady Sands. Shady sands is no longer the capital of the NCR by the time the events of New Vegas take place. Again this isn't saying that the show is not fun, it is, but truth be told I fully expect season 2 to either start with New Vegas getting nuked in the opening scene of season or as the credits roll at the end of season 2. I've exceedingly little trust in anything Emil Pagliarulo's writing touches.
