Same I actually think it’s more fun using cards that actually have strengths and weaknesses. Makes the captains more fun to play around with too. I actually think the fewer 99s the better but I know I’m in the minority on that.

As someone who doesn’t play the game every day, hasn’t spent a dime on it and at the same time played it a few times a week I actually have had nothing but fun so far in season 2. IMO playing w all 99s is kinda boring at times and if you look at it with a positive lens, season 2 is exciting. But I totally get if your someone who plays it everyday the game does get this staleness and it could be frustrating to grind for cards to not be able to use them later.

I don't like the sets and seasons model but i also do at the same time. See, i like the fact that everyones teams from season to season are relatively the same except at the beginning of each season, everyone always complains that "i have to regrind for everything" or "why do i have to grind for 89's when we just had 99's" and i say stfu, we all know if it weren't for NCAA 25, you'd have nothing else to play and your ultimately going to end up playing the game anyways. I just like playing baseball i dont care about overalls or metas or anything related to that, just have fun. Also, if you want my take on best s2 captain combos, ive tried arenado/Castillo and Devers/Kershaw. Arenado/castillo gives you handedness availability but kills speed, where as Devers and kershaw is mostly lefties if you run t3 devers and t2 kershaw.

I hope season 2 doesn’t gatekeepe cards like season 1 otherwise people will be turned away. Also I hate how much they push out content because they are basically saying that you need to have no life to even grid out some of these cards. ( you gotta play countless hours like BR and ranked to even complete some programs In The fastest way.). They also need to not keep the best cards in packs cause it discourages a lot of people to even play, plus make the game feel like pay to win.

Bro they have to fix the pci results. The fact that the ball mookie was way off on was a homer, but the changeup you had basically dead center pci and good timing was a can of corn is one of the reason this game can be so infuriating.

I kinda dig these TA cards simply for nostalgia purposes but the biggest problem SDS has isn’t the seasons it’s that they desperately need more legends. That’s my only content complaint. You want people to spend more money on stubs fine but money should be going back into the game with more player licenses.

Love the content but I hate the fact that you have to grind for the God squad every season just to have to set it aside to the dustbin of history every year when the new Show releases. That is why I am no longer playing this game and will just watch Koogs.

Not devoting any more time into this game outside of playing some random games with friends online. Total slap in the face to the community and they just want the grind and spend to never end until the next game drops.
