My favorite thing about your channel is putting in respect a whole family life and training, which most triathlete struggles to be consistent with the time consuming with family. I am not and never will a pro but I love to race and knowing how hard is it to be committed with a full time job and be a dad. Congratulations and best lucky this year. Thank you.

Welcome back.....hopefully the rest of the year will be healthy for all of you.. I have not missed an episode. I fully understand the family balance...single father with 2 kids..I understand the balance, but i get it done. Come to either 70.3 IM Connecticut (known as the beast of the east) in June or the famous IM Lake Placid in July ..I'll be at both. Tell Izzy I liked her eggs!
