There's a difference between OG and a proficient player, alot of the originals (for me and my friends) were either pubg nerds or people who played stw (before it got ruined and then died) and saw fortnite BR as a novelty. i still play it but man is the game so different my only intrest is the gunplay and skins now and thats why i play creative alot and suck at the actual game

There’s about 3 ways to look at it IMO far as what’s ‘OG’. #1 no one knew we would ever go into another chapter or map entirely. So at the time of chapter 1 if you didn’t start in season 1 you weren’t OG period. #2 Since we have had multiple chapters now, to me anything from season 1-10 of chapter 1 is considered OG to me because it is the original and first chapter, you may not have been there for all of it, but if you started anytime during chapter 1 you’re part of that. Not hard to comprehend that. #3 we have our chapter 1 season 2 players. Only thing OG about this season is that it’s the first battle pass season. Chapter 1- Season 1 didn’t have a battle pass, that was a “season shop” entirely different.
