@@DrillingInTheNameOf The source is me playing, I don't know how else to prove it, sorry. I remember specifically testing it with a glacial strata point extraction of the old kind. Where you basically have a circle around the minehead of consistent height.

That new track is sooo nice to listen to during missions. I love it. Reminds me of Banjo Kazooie/Tooie. And Grant Kirkhope's musical works are legendary so take that as a huge compliment from me! And of course we can't forget the original banger, "RUN!". Still love every time it comes on during boss fights. I mean, at the end of the assignment missions Mission Control tells you that the primary Rockpox biomass has taken significant damage and retreated, and is no longer growing. So the infection on the Space Rig is probably just going to be cleaned off by Season 5 I agree that it *looks* really cool though

Randoweiser completely randomizes your entire weapon loadout and all of their perks as well. I believe it also randomizes your normal perks.

Theory: DRG is actually a military contractor that manufacturers both conventional weapons AND breeds creatures for war. Kinda like Weyland-Yutani: we're not just going down for resources, but also to test the weapons AND the bugs.

Great video as always, I was a bit hesitant at first about the idea of jet boots in DRG, but after seeing how you can combine them with dash perk for some amazing air/glide time, or how you can use them to burn hordes of swarmers without spending ammo, consider my stance changed and I'm now really excited to try them out once season 4 is Live, by the way how did you manage to completely negate the fall damage at 12:24 ? I don't see any ledges you could've grabbed into !

I think a lot of people are maybe disappointed that a lot of core issues weren't addressed or haven't been really talked about yet. Like end game content, perks (point system), repetitive assignments, etc. Like this whole seasonal theme is cool and honestly looks great, but as a community, I think a lot of us were expecting some other stuff that would've motivated us more than just new enemies/mini boss. I get that they're trying to fit the things into the season, but people expect big changes from a season (that took 6 months), and I don't think it satisfied a lot of us. My respect doesn't go down because of this, these developers are amazing and can't be perfect all the time, just wish our criticism was more heard and respected within the community (nothing against you guys in particular, just in general!).

I have to say the game is a lot harder now with insta kill pox everwhere, and those breeders swarming infinite 2-shotting swarmers on haz 5. And those damn Stingtails, grabbing your tush up a 30 meter drop with higher likelyhood to hit you than a whole swarm of half a dozen trijaws with the armor of a Q'ronar shellback and the size and color of a single glyphid grunt. Love this game by the way. I have to admit, I went to haz 6 and starship troopers a lot, but with these new assholes in hoxxes, I don't think I'll need to scrounge around for those rare SST players.

I played about 5~ hours in the new season. I've seen jet boots exactly once in dozens of missions, and the corruptor maybe 4 times. For new season features you'd barely know they exist.

i think theres something really important to note about the spreaders, that being that they can lob shots at you without line of site, meaning they can fuck you up and you cant do anything but hope they come out of hiding unless you’ve got enough mobility to go to them yourself

Not gonna lie, the game controls are hard enough especially for console goers without jet boots, the boots game lock will be impossible on higher hazards if you get swarmed during it, the Zip is less attractive as a result, the rock-pox I found a little repetitive due to having to shake out of the ice-like block, & the lack of main game content still means it feels stale. I still love DRG but I am just saying that I for one don't love this update that much this time round. The game as it stands is how it seems the Devs want it to be. Oh well.

I think the update is great and Im really looking forward into reaching level 200 in the season pass ;D. However I think there is a bit too much of everything now (cant remeber ho many nemisis i got in the last few weeks) I hope that we get some weekly rockpox infestions or Rivals Robots mini events. Just to be able to see and play with the stuff the game has to offer
