If you're in the US, keep an eye on Sentai Filmworks, they've been putting a 4-season box set on sale for around $40 occasionally, which is hard to beat. Of course now they'll need a 5-season set.

Sentai Filmworks has the full series on discount for ~$30 a couple times a year. As for streaming, I don't know if the full series is all on one service currently. When I started it was some mess like s1 on one service and Dr on another and the middle two MIA, I don't even know what has it now if JustWatch doesn't have it listed.
