Incoming S7 Cenarion family changes: Cenarius damage increased to 120 (from 110) Cenarius heal increased to 28 (from 25) Increased Moonkin's AOE damage to 80 (from 70) Increased Moonkin's Moonfire damage to 165 (from 150) Bog Beast's health increased to 1100 (from 1000) Changed Moonkin's Moonglow talent Previous: After deploying, your next Spell gains 2 levels. New: Spells gain 2 levels if played immediately after Moonkin. These will be added to out S7 Patch Notes and I will be updating the article to reflect these changes before launch.

I don't think the Lightning Rod talent would do that with spells, because they don't belong to the "unbound" trait, it also refers to the enemy, units themselves, so that will only affect units that have the "Unbound" trait, maiev , safe pilot, whelp eggs, dark iron and others will have serious problems, this talent is clearly the strongest of all
