I’m always conflicted with them, I like the power, and the idea that you can go out and get them, as it gives you something to engage in the game outside of raid, but losing them feels terrible, as well as the demand to have them in raid can be a lot especially for those that can’t play all the time

SoM was so good without wbuffs (and dungeon stones active, I don't get why they removed them tbh)

@@bigscrap84 again, it wasnt due to world buffs being removed. Most random pugs and casual guilds wont use them anyways. It was because the bosses got 50-100% more HP and the mechanics being different than original MC. Most pugs/guilds runs I went with in the beginning failed due to mechanics. In SoD we have wbuffs in addition to way more character power (the damage we do know, we did in AQ/Naxx in SoM), and basically the same values than in SoM. Blaming not having wbuffs for why SoM failed is just so wrong

@@Kaghoegaming I love the gearing system in classic. World Buffs are hands down the worst system in it.. so much wasted time and not fun.

Hey Kaghoe, the Rend Buff (Might of Stormwind) for alliance is a quest item that simply drops from Rend (his head) you turn it in and the buff drops in stormwind. Best wishes

Atm my guild only really cares that you have the 3 main buffs, ony, rend, songflower. Dmf can be passed if it's on opposite faction because alliance camps elywnn relentlessly

most people just get the 2 from orgrimmar etc and call it a day unless you want to do some parse bs

Why is wanting to parse bs? Personally raiding is a waste of time if I’m not trying to do best and parse as high as possible. If you enjoy being bottom of the meters but have “fun” you do you and let parsers be

Did I miss two buffs? Ony rend dmt dmf and songflower are 5 buffs in my books

It’s not that bad on SoD atm, it takes like 30-45mins and 10g to get them all.

You are absolutely wrong. They tried getting rid of world buffs in season of mastery, and that idea failed horribly with the player base not to say that I’m a huge fan of them, but most the players prefer to have them. I think it would be cool to limit to like three max.

Nice to see where you can get them. No hate on you but I really dislike world buffs. I wont even raid if I have to run around getting these and then spend hundreds of gold on consumes. All this for raids that you could complete in green gear. My parses can suck ass for all I care.
