I mean let's be real, SoD blows anyway. All the runes/abilities and gearflation broke vanilla hard. Pvp is in shambles, and they have to waste considerable dev time every phase just rebalancing all the recycled content numerically. If they want to do classic+ right, they should just hire the Turtle wow team. More innovation, more ambition, and a flat out better game. That said, for my money, even turtle changed classes too much.

So a 4 day delay on a PTR release is the "most disappointing blue post ever"... seriously? You must be completely new to Blizzard and blue posts, if you really believe that :P

Me and my guild were also hoping to do some ptr but it is what it is. Tbh ater having played SoM and SoD, I'm not sure I wanna go back to classic era. I really liked the no world buffs thing about SoM, made raids not so stressfull and parsing more fun. I especially loved the raid mechanics in SoM, they were even more engaging than in SoD. Especially since we didnt have the class changes in SoM, raids were also more challenging, which I enjoy. I think pre nerfed Cuthun and Chromaggus on SoM were some of the best fights ever in classic. But I also enjoy the class changes in SoD alot. I think I would miss a lot on pure era

My most disappointing blue post ever... When they passed sentence and sacked all my WoD garrisons. Borrowed ferkin power is a scourge against the player base. And why I quit playing xpacs. Just the front 60 classic levels when I felt a need to level a new toon.

Imagine the devs reading comments every day. They are simply filling the gaps , letting the season die, while allowing the playerbase to continue hoping for all this spectacular content promised during the initial PR hype. Fully knowing there is nothing left for SoD. And letting half a hundred thousand of us... the diehard SoD players sit and spin our wheels. Just to keep us engaged with any version of WoW. In the hopes of any of us, giving retail a try instead of cancelling our monthly sub. Right now. The playerbase that persists on locked realms. Is akin to the remaining playerbase in SoD itself. The folks currently playing SoD are the same mindset as those still gaming on locked realms. Hardcore. And locked realms, the hardcore of the hardcore. SoD remains my addiction of choice. I had a great leveling game, and great social game. And now I enjoy boxing lone wolf.... just like I do it in retail. I expected a ferking lot more for my effort to play every day til retirement. Whatta ya goin to do.

Most disappointing blue post ever? Got me thinking they cancelled SoD... This is like normal every day shit, nothing to get worked up over. Time to take some personal time and recenter.

For something that's suppose to be seasonal. The entire season is often ready to go up front. 'Film's all in the can and ready to play' kind of thing. A preplanned season plagued with about an entire phase worth of drought and delays at the very end of the season. Is often signs of less then stellar devs and publishing. It's like watching a movie in the theatre. Half way through they shut it off for no good reason expecting you to wait 30 mins in the dark, while the movie playing next door starts. Then at the conclusion. They pull the film mentioning having to do a last minute reshoot of the movie. The blizz experience. When things are at their best. It's time to take a sheet on the player base, forcing them to move to your profitable franchises with cash shops. The diehard playerbase blizz wants spending money in cash shops.... are still circling the drain of what was once a Season to discover new sheet.

I sold 100 stacks of rune cloth for 1k gold. 8 stacks of worm meat 100 g each . Nature resist rings, war effort herbs are not selling at all.

Psa: thunderaan drops a +20 nature res cloak with 10 more stam and chance to hit. Think we'll see that + NR trinket off thunderaan will continue to be farmed as well if NR is def needed. The NR cloak you covered will be what only unlucky souls like me will have equipped for Visc

My Tierlist for Number 1 Things to see if they fixed on the PTR: The T2 Arcane Healing 4p Set bonus typo.

Regarding tier sets in AQ, the tier 2.5 sets are 5 pieces with 2 and 4 piece bonuses. Good chance for them to buff off-pieces or add some profession items to wear in off-slots. I would imagine most people will still split 4/4 depending on how good their tier 2 set bonuses are

They should add reals from MC bosses to incentivise reruns. They even should move MC to a bi-weekly lockout

I wouldn't mind seeing a Classic+ that uses the new graphical assets, stops at the end of Wrath, then from that point forward they could add 'bounties' or 'adventures' similar to how they had in Diablo 3. They could also change it up a bit by allowing the class roles from SoD and expanding on that. They could also change the story a little bit and have the Infinite Dragonflight be in charge of a set of 'What If...' content, like dungeons or raids (just reminds me of that "History Re-Imagined" segment on the Crisis at da Portal video Blizz released.

i'm literally just waiting for classic fresh that cycles thru tbc and maybe wrath, even tho i personally don't play wrath but.. like i've done since like 2010 on pservers i'd be down to play classic->tbc every couple of years. I just get the vanilla itch like i have badly now, but nowhere to go. ERA has run it's course and sod is just a clusterfuck of retail ideas packaged like vanilla
